The company formally started the gourmet chocolate and nut business in January 2004.
Oscar Baile, S.E., President, is responsible for the management and marketing. He has Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Illinois Institute Technology, Chicago, Illinois. He was Licensed Structural Engineer in Illinois(inactive). He was Field Consultant for Montgomery Watson Harza (MWH Global, Inc in Venezuela until 2004. He was involved for some of the largest hydro projects in the world such as the Venezuelan projects of Guri, Macagua, Caruachi and Tocoma.
In the course of working in Venezuela, he trained with Chocolatier Carlos Colmenares from Choco-Arte, C.A., Caracas, Venezuela (2000). He also trained with Confectioner Terry Richardson of Researches, Inc, University of California at Davis,California (2004), and Chef Ewald Notter and Chef Webber Hitz of Notter School of Pastry Arts, Orlando, Florida (2005). He is a Certified Food Safety Manager.
Andrew Baile, Vice President and holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, San Jose State University, San Jose, California. He is responsible for the production and sales. Delanie Baile, RN , Vice President and holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, Elmhurst College, Illinois. She is responsible for the packaging and quality control.
