The Baile Food Company manufactures and
sells gourmet chocolate, confectionery and nut products under the
trademark Landru ChocolatesTM and Drunie NutsTM. The company is a
registered California company. The company formally started the
gourmet chocolate and nut business in January 2004. Oscar
Baile, S.E., President, is responsible for the management of the
company and Marketing Division. He has a Master of Science Degree in
Civil Engineering, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago,
Illinois. He got his training as chocolatier from Choco-Arte, C.A.,
Caracas, Venezuela (2000), Richardson Researches, Inc., University
of California at Davis, CA (2004), and Notter School of Pastry Arts,
Orlando, Florida (2005). He is a Certified Food Safety Manager.
Andrew Baile is a Vice President
and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical
Engineering, San Jose State University, CA. He is
responsible for Production and Sales Division.
Delanie Baile, RN, is a Vice President
and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, Elmhurst College, IL.
She is responsible for the Packaging and Quality Control Division.
