Samal is an extra dark chocolate cream with 70% cocoa mass. Champagne Caramel is a soft caramel with fine cognac and rum. Champ Samal has two layers of Champagne Caramel and Samal ganaches. Parchita is a dark chocolate cream with passion fruit puree and liqueur, nutmeg. All molded shells are milk chocolates.
